Megen began working in the aerospace manufacturing industry in March 2013 as the
Director of Human Resources for MSC Aerospace and its subsidiaries Metalcraft
Technologies and SyberJet Aircraft. In July of 2018, she became Vice President of Business
Systems for Metalcraft Technologies, who was acquired in 2021 by ALIGN PRECISION, where Megen continued to serve in her capacity as VP of Business Systems. In January 2023, Megen joined the ALIGN PRECISION corporate team working to align the companies Enterprise Services including, building education talent pipelines, connecting manufacturing and government programs, safety, and workforce development.
Prior to MSC Aerospace, Megen spent 10 years in higher education both at Utah State
University and Southern Utah University. Megen’s time in the academic setting was spent working with college students in a variety of capacities including Academic Advising, Graduate School, adjunct lecturer for Human Resource Management, and as Director of Career Services. She holds both a Bachelors (2002) and Masters (2005) degree in Human
Resources from Utah State University. Megen currently chairs the State Workforce Development Board for the State of Utah and chairs the Utah – MEP Alliance board and
serves on the Iron County School Board of Education.
